In a ceremony at the ISG Sourcing Industry Awards gala dinner in the park Plaza Victoria London to complete the ISG Sourcing Industry Conference – EMEA awarded the suppliers for the fifth time ISG star of Excellence Awards for achieving the highest cumulative customer experience scores across all regions, industries and technology areas.
The ISG star of Excellence Awards, part of the ISG Provider Lens research program, is the premier industry recognition program for the technology and business services industries. Providers are evaluated on the quality of their services based on direct feedback from corporate customers in the areas of business continuity and flexibility; collaboration and transparency; execution and delivery; governance and compliance; Innovation and Thought Leadership as well as People and Cultural Fit.
The winners were selected from a group of more than 1,000 service providers and vendors that ISG analyzes and evaluates annually. This year, ISG has received thousands of reviews from enterprise customers with roles in IT, operations, line of business, supply and vendor management, and more AmericaEMEA and Asia Pacific.
In addition to the total ISG star of Excellence Award winner, honored at last night’s awards ceremony: The top vendor for each emerging technology space, with DXC technology, HCL and Wipro Named Universal New Technology Winners; The top provider for the America (atos), EMEA (data center) and Asia Pacific (TCS), with atos, Hexware and HPE wins the global award; The top provider for every industry, with DXC technology, Hexware and Infosys named universal industry winners; The top provider for every technology area, with HCL, IBM and Wipro Named Universal Technology Winners; The top technology providers with Oracle Foreclosure and SAP won the overall technology vendor award.
Wipro received a total of seven awards in all categories, Capgemini a total of six awards Infosys a total of five awards.
